When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to get here?
Your order will be shipped usually with in 24 hours after you placed the order.
Can anyone order or do I need some kind of license?
Yes, anyone can order and No, you do not need any buyers’ license or any kind of license.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, There is a minimum order of $50.00, if the minimum is not reached there will be a surcharge of $5.00, this applies to online and phone orders.
I forgot my password, how do I get it back?
If you answer your secret question correctly, we will send you e-mail with your new password. You can also call us and we’ll give you a new password, after you answer your secret question.
Where are you located?
We are located in the Southern California, that’s SoCal.
Are there alterative methods of payments?
Yes, but first time orders must be placed with a credit card. We do offer COD’s, however you have to call our customer service to get COD. Net30 terms are available after we approve your documents.
How do I track my package?
We send a confirmation number and a tracking number via e-mail.
Is it safe to give you my personal info online?
Yes, we use a 256-bit secure socket layer encryption. Your personal info is safe with us.
How current is the inventory online?
What you see is what we have.
Would it be possible if I come pick up my order from you?
Yes, but you have to place an order $1,000.00 or more
Can I order over the Phone?
Yes, you can, but there is $50.00 minimum and there is a $5.00 surcharge if you do not meet the minimum.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do, but you would have to call customer service whether or not shipping is available to that country.
What if the item I’m looking for is not online or out of stock?
If it is not in stock you will not be able to add to your shopping cart. If the item you’re looking for is not there, then it is discontinued.
Can I mix and match colors/logos to get the quantity discount?
No, the color and the logo must be the same, no exceptions.
How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping only applies to the 48 lower states and the order must be $200.00 or more. Free shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Can I have more than one billing/shipping address?
Yes, but the ship to address must be an authorized address by the credit card company.
I’m a distributor; do you offer volume discount/how much is a volume?
Yes, we do offer discount on large volume purchases.
Do I get taxed if I live in California?
Yes, but if you have a California resale certificate you can be exempt from taxes. Please call our customer service to get a tax exemption form with us.
How do I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an order you can call customer service and they will cancel your order, however if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order and then it will fall into returns.
How do I return or exchange my order?
For returns and exchange, please call our customer service and they will assist you. For returns you must call us with in 10 business days after receiving your package. There will be a 15% restocking fee in an addition to shipping charge. You are responsible for all shipping charges that are not the result of our error. For exchanges, call with in 10 days, but shipping charges will be placed on the order that you are exchanging to and from our warehouse.
What if I got defective products?
You have 10 business days until you can get a full refund. For defective merchandise, shipping will be covered by Decky and a credit will be applied to your account.
Can I place an order without registering an account with you?
No, but if you do not want to go through the website anyone of our customer service team will be more than happy to make an account for you.
